Betsy Whitaker is the founder of ASSET Management, Inc. and acts as its President. She brings with her 37 years of experience in the real estate brokerage, property management, and development fields.
Prior to forming ASSET Management, Inc., Betsy was President and founder of IMPACT Management Group, Inc. - Florida. Additionally, from 1974 to 1984 she was President and founder of one of Gainesville, Florida's largest and most successful real estate brokerage and property management firms, Trend Realty of Gainesville, Inc. and Trend Management, Inc. in addition to her multi-million dollar brokerage operation (exceeding 25 million in 1984) her firm managed numerous residential, retail, office, and light manufacturing properties totaling in excess of 1 million square feet.
